Rick Scott takes questions on his HCA issue and answers in typically evasive fashion. This guy could not give a straight answer on what he had for breakfast. He obviously “skated out the door” so to speak just ahead of the cops… errr Federal Investigation! The question has to arise just how many patients needlessly suffered or died because of the practices instituted at HCA?

This aside from the defrauding of the Federal government… defined as stealing taxpayer money. When you defraud the federal government by definition you are defrauding the taxpayer and that my friends means that this slippery character defrauded you and me. All those commercials that you se on TV… THAT is OUR $MONEY$! So IF THIS is the kind of individual that you want in the Governor’s mansion in Tally… to oversee the rest of the CROOKS in the Legislature, then by ALL means vote for THIS! IT will NOT get ANY worse with this guy and Will Weatherford in Tally!

Rick Scott utilized his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination 75 times (in a row) in a 2000 deposition. Questions he plead the 5th to included ones like “Did you ever hold the position of CEO at Columbia/HCA?” Unfortunately, not everyone fully understands the gravity of pleading the fifth when you are a suspect. Hopefully this video will put things in perspective. There is another deposition he gave just months before announcing his candidacy for Governor. Why won’t he release it? What else is he hiding?

Here is never-before-seen footage of Rick Scott during a deposition in an anti-trust lawsuit against his former company Columbia/HCA Health. Scott’s company was fined a record $1.7 billion on charges of Medicare fraud. Despite being a lawyer and being CEO of one of the nation’s largest hospital chains, Scott evades answers to even the most basic questions. If Scott won’t answer questions when under oath, how can we expect him to be honest with us?

Never-before-seen video evidence of Rick Scott giving sworn testimony in an anti-trust lawsuit surfaced in the St. Petersburg Times and Miami Herald today.

Scott is the Republican candidate for governor. He has been under intense fire for a long pattern of unethical and fraudulent business practices, including taking the Fifth Amendment 75 times when deposed about widespread criminal activities in the health-care company he ran.

In the newly released video in the separate anti-trust case, Scott is seen testifying for two hours in case number 95-cv-00165, Orlando Regional Health v. Columbia/HCA Health, which is Scott’s company.

As the video shows, he repeatedly dodges lawyers’ questions while under oath – even at one point refusing to identify his own signature.
